Do you ship?
Yes. We provide free 2-day shipping to all 50 states. If you’d like overnight shipping, it’s $40 extra—please call us at 440-306-3486 after you place your order.
Are your phones unlocked?
Yes! Our phones are factory unlocked. Depending on the model, we may have special deals for certain carriers. If you need carrier-specific pricing, call us at 440-306-3486 before checking out.
Can I order two phones at once?
We currently allow one phone per customer. Once your first phone is paid off, you’re immediately eligible to order another.
How do I place my order?
Simple! Click the phone you want, choose your pay frequency (weekly or bi-weekly), and complete the down-payment checkout. Then you’ll fill out a final approval form and a card authorization form. After we review and send your lease agreement, you’ll get a tracking number when it ships.
Are these phones new or used?
All our phones are pre-owned but in excellent condition. We back them with a 60-day guarantee—if anything goes wrong within 60 days (and it’s the same condition you received), we cover it free of charge.
What’s covered under your certified pre-owned guarantee?
We cover almost everything as long as the phone is in the same condition you received it. For specifics, call us at 440-306-3486.
Do you accept returns?
Yes—at any time, no penalty, as long as the phone is in similar condition. You may be eligible for a partial refund based on how far into your lease you are. Contact us at 440-306-3486 for details.
How does this whole thing work?
Every phone is a 6-month lease. We offer two early-payoff discounts:
1. 60-Day Buyout: Pay the total buyout amount within 60 days and own the phone.
2. 30% Off Payoff: After 60 days, up until your second-to-last payment, pay your remaining balance at a 30% discount. (E.g., owe $300 & pay only $210.)
How long does it take to process my order?
We’re open Mon–Sat, 10 am–6 pm ET. Orders before 4 pm ET ship the same day; after 4 pm, they ship the next business day.
Are down payments flexible?
Down payments are set by our finance partner and aren’t flexible. If you need more time, use our lay-away system to reserve your phone.
Can I put more money down than required?
Absolutely! The more you put down, the lower your payments. Call 440-306-3486 if you want to increase your down payment.
